Our vision is to live and voyage aboard the Libertatia as a democratically run collective group, affecting positive change around the world, sharing our inspiration, and creating a worldwide community of friends.
Our mission is to be a positive presence in the world wherever we go. We see ourselves achieving this goal through a number of different avenues including:
- sharing our voyaging adventure experience
- providing humanitarian aid
- providing a space for cultural exchange, skill-sharing, artistic exchange, and horticultural exchange
- participating in sail trade and transport
- offering apprenticeships and learning opportunities to others
- practicing and being an example of democratic organization
- maintaining the tradition of wooden boat sailing and construction
- connecting people all around the world
- seeking truth and freedom and sharing this inspiration with others
- learning about ourselves
- having fun!
